Low Energy
People around the world are not getting enough energy. There are
some ways to get low energy sleep apnea, a poor diet, not relaxing, and not drinking
enough water. For example, people who are working a lot might feel fatigue
because they do not rest or break. However, what people should do to have more
energy is sleep enough, eat well or do physical activities.
First of all, sleeping is very important. Sometimes people
who are sleeping badly might lose their capacity to store energy. David Norrie
(2009) gives example of sleeping not enough in “A Healthy Lifestyle Can Reduce
Fatigue, Boost Energy” people who do not to sleep at least seven to eight hours
every night may decrease their energy. If people could sleep well every day,
they might increase their stamina.
Furthermore, humans who do not eat well have less stamina because
eating a healthy diet boosts humans’ energy. According to David Norrie (2009)

food for long periods of time may hurt their bodies, and they cannot save
energy. For example, when people can eat healthy food daily such as good
carbohydrates like bread and fruit, they may get more energy. Therefore, people
should eat well because food is important for human life and it increases
energy.
Lastly, people who do not do physical activity may decrease
their energy level because exercise gives them more power. According to
Charles Patrick Davis (2013) “Why Am I So Tired? The Many Causes of Fatigue”
people who do not do physical activities might feel sleepy or fatigued because
they have less energy. For example, if humans can do physical activities such
as walking, gardening, and dancing, they may get a lot of energy. Therefore,
many people believe that doing physical activities is important for humans if
they want to feel healthier.
Overall, do not sleeping enough, eating poorly and being sedentary
decreases peoples’ energy. When people eat healthy food such as protein found
in meat and eggs, and they sleep about seven to eight hours daily they get a
lot of energy. If people have more energy, they can work hard and do a lot of
exercise. All parents should teach their children to sleep enough, eat healthy
and do physical activity.
